THE ROLE

We’re currently looking for a talented freelance HubSpot Specialist to join us. If you share our approach and are eager to contribute to a high-performance team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Initially, you’ll work with us on a project basis with the opportunity to transition into a more permanent role in the future. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with our sales, technology, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is suitable for individuals located in the United States.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with our sales, technology, and marketing teams to assess, suggest, and implement strategies within HubSpot.
  • Create custom modules and templates to adhere to client branding guidelines and enhance user experience
  • Review, recommend, and implement advanced workflows to automate repetitive manual processes, deliver consistent communications, and establish lead nurturing funnels.
  • Ensure the integrity of data by managing imports, implementing validation rules, cleansing, and removing duplicates.
  • Develop process documentation and build customized views, dashboards, and reports for users in HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot Sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy, segmentation, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide documentation and train client teams on specific HubSpot use cases
  • Measure and optimize campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of HubSpot configuration and technical functionalities
  • Experience analyzing data and presenting findings and recommendations
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and how data corresponds to client needs and goals
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to join virtual team and client meetings to present findings, recommend strategy, and answer questions.
  • HubSpot Academy Certifications, including but not limited to: HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Inbound Marketing Optimization.
  • Experience in Google Analytics (GA4)
